TEAM TRAINING - TEAM PT WORKOUT OF THE DAY

​

Our Team Training Classes are completely tailored to the individuals in each class. Using foundations of strength and conditioning, consisting mainly of a mix of cardio, calisthenics (body weight exercises), full body fitness and weight lifting.  
 

Each 45 minute class will typically include a group warm-up, a strength/resistance segment, a higher intensity cardio/conditioning portion of the workout, and finally a period of individual or group stretching to work on full body flexibility and mobility.  

The programming changes each and every day, is always completely scalable and is suitable for all abilities.

 

These workouts are created to suit the participants of the class, on the day of the class, to give all participants the individual attention and guidance they need to reach their goals.

CARDIO/CONDITIONING CLASS - FAST PACED, INCLUSIVE & FUN

​

Using a combination of circuit training, H.I.I.T/Tabata, full body conditioning and (not your typical) cardio equipment...

Our Cardio & Conditioning Classes are designed to get you FIT.

 

The sessions are fast paced and a ton of fun! It ramps up the metabolism, improves your cardiovascular health, burns a ton of calories and...It's just 30 minutes!

ladies fight club - A WHOLE NEW LEVEL FOR LADIES BOXING CLASSES

​

In our kick-ass Ladies Fight Club sessions we use a combination of kickboxing, boxing & mixed martial arts techniques to deliver our unique take on combat style fitness with elements of H.I.I.T training, partner pad work and circuits.

 

These classes are fully inclusive for all abilities and perfect for complete beginners, as well as all the way up to fitter participants.

WEEKEND WARRIORS - WORKOUT LIKE WONDERWOMAN

Our Weekend Warrior Classes are completely tailored to the individuals in each class. Using foundations of strength and conditioning, consisting mainly of a mix of cardio, calisthenics (body weight exercises), full body fitness and weight lifting.

 
A 60 minute class will typically include a group warm-up, a strength/resistance segment, a higher intensity cardio/conditioning portion of the workout, and finally a period of individual or group stretching to work on full body flexibility and mobility.  

 

The programming changes each and every day, is always completely scalable and is suitable for all abilities.
