Get Results That LAST


Lasting change does not happen overnight... Results might come quickly visually and physically... . But the mental shift many of us need to get results and most importantly maintain them...takes time. . To develop better habits... . To learn more about YOUR body... . To develop a better understanding of what information is actually worth taking action on and what's just 'noise' in the world of health and fitness. . The reality is that too many people look for that quick fix...The diet to end all diets... . It. Doesn't. Work. . Simply put, if you are forcing yourself into any form of 'diet' or regime that is not sustainable long term, your results will be short lived and will inevitably disappear. . The SOLUTION... . Make smaller changes to what you are currently doing that keep your regime realistic, familiar to your current eating habits and lastly enjoyable and inclusive of the foods YOU want to eat. . Bad habits with our food are built up over the years, they are often very difficult to get away from and often form many of the 'cravings' that we may experience on a diet, simply because we are breaking a built up routine. . Avoid removing habits completely, simply give yourself a healthier (often less calorie dense) alternative that can work with you to both satisfy you and making day to day eating more enjoyable. . For example switching those two chocolate digestive biscuit with a cuppa to a lower calorie alternative such as two rich tea biscuits... It's not perfect, but it's a start (and actually half the amount of calories) . Little things like this over the course of a day actually make a BIG difference... . Small changes combined with a marginal calorie deficit, prioritising protein and veggies where possible... . That's it. . We've now grown our community of warrior women to over 75 amazing ladies! .
